  • A hearing date or current setting: review the Court Schedule through MiCOURT Court Display and verify a required appearance with the court
  • A circuit-file or circuit certified-copy question: contact the Huron County Clerk, which holds physical custody of 52nd Judicial Circuit Court files
  • A 73B District Court case or copy request: contact the 73B clerk in Room 105, rather than the circuit clerk counter
  • A court document or case file: review Court Case Records and ask the clerk for the court that heard the matter about access, copies, and certification

The county lists general court hours as Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; confirm hours, holidays, and the correct record counter before visiting.
